Sale & Purchase of Goods
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made on this site to have prices that reflect as close to the propped work offered but due to the differing nature of this business and specific customer requirements they do not reflect an agreement. Pricing confirmed by us to you after initial discussions about your exact requirements will be used as the basis for any pricing discussions or disagreements.
Our payment terms are outlined in our initial confirmation pricing to you and requires a pre session booking payment which various depending on the scale of the shoot or wedding. We use stripe to offer a range of payment options and plans and do not pass on any of their fee's. We also accept cash bank transfer. Our initial 20% deposit is required to be
a bank transfer.

Atkins Guarantee
We hand make our products at our Kent Town workshop to the highest commercial standards using products intended to last 100 years or more. We pay for the best quality materials and therefore rely on the suppliers of our materials to provide a base for our craftspeople to build our products for you. We have been in business for over 85 years and so when we say we give a lifetime guarantee on products we actually can stand by that.
There will be variations in materials and finishes, but they will be minor and fall within our definition of Atkins quality. We will happily address any quality concerns you may have, please raise any issues as soon as you receive and inspect what we have made for you. If you have any doubts reach out.

Customer Information
Belstar photography does not currently rent, sell or otherwise forward your name to other companies.. To process your order, notify you of matters that may be of interest and improve your belstar shopping experience, we collect information, such as e-mail addresses, domain names, the number of visits each page receives, and other information you may volunteer. Any personal information that you submit to the site will remain as safe and secure
